First Klass Service was established with the aim of offering air cargo services.
Operating as a broker, First Klass Service collaborates with all air carriers based on Italian and/or European airports, obtaining preferential and ad-hoc tariffs for each destination reachable by air.
First Klass Service offers its services exclusively to IATA or non-IATA freight forwarders without any contact with direct customers, ensuring maximum transparency in commercial relations.
First Klass Service leaves its customers the most complete autonomy in the issue of documents and, if required, offers support in the compilation and printing of MAWB, HAWB, customs, labels, security, DGR packaging and all that is necessary to make your shipments "ready for carriage".
First Klass Service is able to manage all types of air cargo, from general cargo to DG, from perishable to project cargo, valuable goods and artwork.
In particular, the made in Italy, fashion but also perishable goods, turn out to be the products that our customers entrust us to the most, confirming their absolute belief that they are in excellent hands.
The whole shipment process is constantly monitored by our customer care and operational departments.
